Özet
Bas boyun schwannomlari nadir olmamakla birlikte boyunda n. accessorius schwannomuna nadiren rastlanmakta¬dır. Kliniğimizde boyunda kitle ön tanısı ile öpere edilen ve n. accessorius schwannomu tanısı alan vaka nedeni ile konu ile ilgili literatür incelenmiş, hastalığını tam ve tedavisi tartışılmıştır.
Abstract
Although schwannomas of the neck is not rarity, the schwannoma of n. accessorius is seen rarely. A patient who was operated in our clinic for a mass in the neck and has got a diagnosis of the schwannoma ofn. accessorius, the liter-tures has been reviwed, the diagnosis and the therapy of this entity has been discussed.
