KAZAKİSTAN’DAKİ DOĞRUDAN YABANCI YATIRIMLAR

Özet

Günümüzde her ülke doğrudan yabancı yatırım DYY çekebilmek için diğer ülkelerle rekabet etmektedir. Bu rekabette yatırım ortamını iyileştiren ülkeler büyük avantaj yakalamaktadırlar. Kazakistan’daki doğrudan yabancı yatırımlar incelenirken, ülkenin rekabet ettiği Bağımsız Devletler Topluluğu içindeki konumuna odaklanılmıştır. Çalışmada ulaşılan bulgular şunlardır: Kazakistan Belarus, Rusya ve Ukrayna ile gerçek anlamda rekabet içindedir ve bu ülkeler arasında en avantajlı olanıdır. Kazakistan’daki yatırımlar daha çok petrol ve doğal gaz gibi enerji sektörlerine yönelmektedir

Abstract

Today every country competes with each other to attract more foreign direct investment FDI . In this competitive atmosphere, the countries which can provide a better environment for foreign investment gain considerable advantage against the others. In order to examine foreign direct investment in Kazakhstan, this study focuses on the relative position of the country with regard to the other competitive countries in the Commonwealth of Independent States. The main findings of the study are as follows: Kazakhstan stands in a real competitive position with Belarus, Russia and Ukraine and Kazakhstan appears to be the most advantageous one. The majority of foreign investments in Kazakhstan have been concentrated on the sectors such as petroleum and natural gas
