Abstract

The Problem of the Physical Reality in the framework of Quantum Mec-hanics and its consequent conceptual Implications have profoundly deformed the classical World View of the physicists as well as the philosophers. The early interpretation is due to the so-called "Copenhagen School" led by Niels Bohr, Werner Heisenberg et ai... This interpretation, not only rejects the reality of the Nature, the causality as well as the deterministic structure of the classical physics, but also introduces some oddities such as infinite or imaginary velocities, or infinite masses which are in contradiction with the well tested and verified Theory of Relativity. The so-called "Paris School" led by Albert Einstein, Louis de Broglie et al... strongly reacted to this interpretation and advocated that the quantum mechanical description of Nature by the Copenhagen School was not complete at all. In order to restore the classical conceptions by extending the formalism of the quantum mechanics, this School introduced the "hidden variables" concept, but failed to obtain a large consensus. In the meantime J. von Neumann, J.S. Bell and E. Wigner have proposed three different theorems on the impossibility of extending quantum mechanics by any "hidden variables" model. But subsequent theoretical studies revealed that these theorems: 1) were not general ones, and 2) they are valid for only some kind of expected values and probability distributions as well as for some definite operators. The quantum mechanical description of Nature is still an open question.
