Özet
Bu makalede ahlâk ve siyaset ilişkisi ele alınmaktadır. Bu bağlamda araç-amaçtartışmasına iki yeni terkip ile katkı sunmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bunlar, ahlâkınsiyaseti ile siyasetin ahlâkıdır. İlkinde ahlâk amaç, siyaset araçtır. İkincisindeahlâk siyaset için araçtır. Ahlâkın araçsallığı iki farklı şekilde tezahür eder.İlkinde ahlâk siyaset için hala değerlidir ve onunla görünür. İkincisinde ahlâksiyaset ile doğrudan değil dolaylı bir ilişkiye sahiptir. Bu durum oldukça yeni birolgudur. Siyaset paydaş değiştirmiş ve ahlâkın yerini iktisat almıştır. O sebepleahlâkî erdemler bu yeni durumda öncelikle çıkar, rekabet gibi iktisadî değerlereeklemlenmek zorundadır. Yeni siyaset ile ilişkisi bu şekilde oluşmaktadır. Buyeni siyaset biçimi ise endüstriyel siyasettir.
Abstract
In this article, the relations between morality and politics has been evaluated. It has been intended to contribute with two new conceptions to discussion of means-end. These conceptions are politics of morality and morality of politics. In the first, politics is means for morality. In the second, morality is means for politics. The means of morality occurs with two different ways. First, morality is still valuable for politics and it is part of politics. Second, morality has indirect relationship with politics but not direct. This is quite a new situation. Politics has changed its partner and, the new partner is economics. For this reason, morality virtues have to be a part of economic values like benefit and competition in this new situation. In the result, it has occured in this way relations of morality with politics.
