Özet
Doğumsal çift dudak deformitesi nadir bir anomalidir. Hasta ağzını açtığı zaman yatay bir yarıkla bölünmüş çift vermilion hattı ortaya çıkar. Etyolojisi embiriyolojik kökenlidir. Bu anomalinin oluşma sıklığı ve ailesel geçişi bilinmemektedir. Bu makalede çift dudak deformitesi olan iki erkek hasta sunulmaktadır. Olguların birinde, daha önce yayınlanan olgulardan farklı olarak, aile hikayesinde babada da aynı anomali mevcuttu.
Abstract
Congenital double lip deformity is a rare anomaly. A double vermilion border is apparent when the mouth is opened, with a transverse furrow between the two borders. The etiology is of embryologic origin. Its frequency is not known and familial inheritance has not been reported. In this report two male patients with double lip deformity are presented, with one case being different from those previously reported in that his father had the same anomaly.
