Aydın Yöresindeki Örtüaltı İşletmelerin Yapısal Özelliklerinin İrdelenmesi

Özet
Türkiye’de örtüaltı faaliyetleri ekolojik koşulların etkisiyle gelişmişolup, özellikle iklimin uygun olduğu başta Akdeniz sahil kesimindeolmak üzere Ege Bölgesi’nde de yaygınlaşmıştır. Aydın İl Tarım veOrman Müdürlüğü kayıtlarına göre belirlenen örtüaltı yetiştiricilikleuğraşan 45 adet çiftçiye anket uygulanarak, ölçüm ve fotoğraflamaçalışmaları yapılmıştır. Ankette, örtüaltı yetiştiriciliğinde kullanılanyapı sistemi ve yapısal özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Örtüaltı yapılarındakarşılaşılan yaygın sorunlar tespit edilmiştir. Örtüaltı yapılarınısıtılması, ısı korunumu, sulanması, havalandırılması,serinletilmesi, aydınlatılması ile ilgili bilgiler elde edilmiştir.Araştırma sonucunda, yöredeki örtüaltı üretim sistemlerinin yapısalözellikleri ve yeterlilikleri belirlenmiş ve bu yapılarıngeliştirilmesine yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur. Örtüaltıişletmelerinin son yıllardaki gelişme ve değişimlerinin Aydınyöresindeki geleneksel örtüaltı üretimine yansıyıp yansımadığı vebuna yönelik olarak son yıllarda örtüaltı yapılarının mevcut durumudeğerlendirilmiştir.
Abstract
Undercovered activities in Turkey have been developed due to ecological conditions, and have become widespread in the Aegean Region, especially in the Mediterranean coast, where the climate is favorable. In the province of Aydın in the Aegean Region, 45 farmers engaged in undercover farming determined by the Aydın Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry were surveyed and mesurement and photographing of structures were studied. In the survey, the structural system used in undercover cultivation and their structural characteristics were determined. Common problems encountered in under covered structures were identified. Information on heating, heat preservation, irrigation, ventilation, cooling and illumination of undercovered structures were obtained. As a result of the research, the structural features and competencies of the undercover production systems in the region were determined and suggestions for the development of these structures were presented. It has been evaluated whether the recent developments and changes of undercover enterprises are reflected in the traditional undergone production in Aydın region and the current situation of undercover structures in recent years has been evaluated.
