Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Anlayışına Yönelik Döngüsel Ekonomi Modeli

Özet

Aşırı nüfus artışı, iklim değişikliği, biyolojik çeşitlilik kaybı ve kaynak kıtlığı gibi problemlerinortaya çıkması ve mevcut doğrusal ekonomi modelinin bu problemlere çözümsüz kalmasısürdürülebilir modellerin önemini ortaya koymuştur. Son yıllarda sürdürülebilir kalkınmanınhedeflerine ulaşabilmesi için yeni bir yaklaşım olan döngüsel ekonomi modeli dikkat çekmektedir.Döngüsel ekonomi, kaynak verimliliğini optimize etmek için ürünlerin ve malzemelerin teknik vebiyolojik çevrimlerde etkili bir şekilde dolaşmasını amaçlayan bir modeldir. Çalışmada; döngüselekonomi kavramı, döngüsel ekonomi ilkeleri, döngüsel ekonomi yapısı, döngüsel ekonomiye geçişstratejileri ve bu amaçta karşılaşılan engeller hakkında genel bir bilgi verilmiştir. Bu literatüraraştırmasının amacı, sürdürülebilir kalkınma yaklaşımlarından biri olan döngüsel ekonomimodeline dikkat çekmektir.

Abstract

The emergence of problems such as overpopulation, climate change, loss of biodiversity and resource scarcity and the current linear economy model being unsolved to these problems have revealed the importance of sustainable models. In recent years, the circular economy model, which is a new approach in order to achieve the goals of sustainable development, has drawn attention. The circular economy is a model that aims to effectively circulate products and materials in technical and biological cycles to optimize resource efficiency. In the study; General information is given about the concept of circular economy, principles of circular economy, circular economy structure, strategies for transition to circular economy and the obstacles encountered in this purpose. The purpose of this literature review is to draw attention to the circular economy model, which is one of the sustainable development approaches.
