Özet

Meister Eckhart, Latince İncil tefsiri ve Almanca vaazlarından oluşan eserlerinde, mistik bir bakış açısından hareket ederek Yeni Platoncu ontoloji ve Hıristiyan ilahiyatını buluşturmak suretiyle ortaçağ felsefe-bilim tartışmalarında yeni bir sistem arayışı içinde olmuştur. Bu çalışmada, Eckhart'ın düşünce sisteminin temelini oluşturan "ruh" kavramı ele alınmaktadır. Tanrı'nın yaratışı, doğumu ve âlemin varlığa gelişi sürecinde merkezî bir konumu olan ruh kavramı, aynı zamanda Eckhart'ın teoloji ve ontoloji arasında inşa ettiği sisteminin temel kavramlarından birisini oluşturmaktadır.

Abstract

In his works Latin commentary of Bible and German sermons, Eckhart brings together the Christian theology with the neoplatonic ontology in a mystical approach and searches a foundation of â new system between the discussions of medieval philosophy and science. In his thought the soul is a central concept of God's creation and birth, but also on this concept he built his mystical philosophy between theology and ontology. In this study, the concept of the soul that is the basis of his system of thought is discussed.
