Özet
Masif assit ön tanısıyla izlenen 21 yaşındaki bir erkek hastada primer patolojinin üreteropelvik darlığa bağlı dev kistik hidronefroz olduğu belirlendi. Klinik bulgular ve ilgili literatür gözden geçirildi.
Abstract
The primary pathology in a 21-year-old male patient hospitalized with suspect of massive ascites was found to be a giant cystic hydronephrosis due to ureteropelvic junction obstruction. The clinical findings and the relevant literature were reviewed.
