Özet

Müzik eğitimi, yaşamın her döneminde farklı gelişmelere açık olan ve kültürel değerlerine önem veren bireylerin ve toplumların yaşantısında önemli bir yere sahip olmuştur. Ülkemizde müzik eğitimi amatör, mesleki ve genel müzik eğitimi olarak üç farklı adlandırma altında fakat birbiriyle doğrudan ilişkili olarak sürdürülmektedir. Müzik eğitimi ile ilk olarak eğitim almaya başlanılan ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise dönemlerinde tanışılır. Burada alınan eğitim lüt ve melodika ağırlıklı bir eğitimdir. Son yıllarda konservatuvar mezunlarına da formasyon eğitimi aldıktan sonra öğretmenlik hakkı verilmesi ile birlikte okullarda Türk müziği çalgıları da derslerde dinletilmeye başlanmıştır. Bu çalışma, ortaokullarda verilen müzik dersinde Türk müziğini kullanma durumları ve Türk müziğine bakış açısını belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda elde edilecek verilere ulaşabilmek için nitel ve nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden görüşme formu ve anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın müzik eğitimine yönelik alanlarda yapılan çalışmalara katkı sağlayacağı ve alanında özgün bir çalışma olduğu düşünülmektedir

Abstract

Music education has an important place in the life of individuals and societies who give importance to cultural values that are open to diferent developments in every period. Music education in our country; As amateur, professional and general music education, it is carried out under three diferent nomenclature but in direct relation with each other. We are irst introduced to music education in primary, secondary and high school years. The training which we received here is in the form of lute and melodica. In recent years, The instruments of Turkish music have started to be played to courses with the granting of the right to work as a teacher in the conservatories. The aim of this study was to determine the teachers’ desire to use Turkish music in music lessons given in schools and their perceptions about Turkish music. At the end of the study, interview and questionnaire technique were used to reach the data to be obtained. It is thought that the study will contribute to the studies conducted in the ields of music education and is a unique study in the ield.
