Özet

Amaç: Viral hepatitler ve HIV enfeksiyonu önemli sağlık sorunlarıdır. Bu çalışmada; Ekim 2009- Ekim 2012 tarihleri arasında Artvin devlet hastanesine başvuran hastalarda HBsAg, Anti-HBs, Anti-HCV ve Anti-HIV seropozitifliğinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Alınan örnekler Abbot Architect İ 1000cihazı(Abbott laboratories,İllinois,USA) ile çalışılmıştır. Bulgular: Toplam 21865 hastaya HBsAg,15284 hastaya anti-HBs,21330 hastaya anti-HCV ve 17935 hastaya anti-HIV bakılmıştır.Çalışmamızda HBsAg, Anti-HBs, Anti-HCV ve Anti-HIV testlerinde sırasıyla %3,96, %35,06, %0,85, %0,05 seropozitiflik saptanmıştır. Sonuç: Artvin bölgesinde saptanan seropozitiflik sonuçları. Türkiyenin diğer bölgelerinde bulunan sonuçlarla benzerlik göstermektedir.

Abstract

Objective: Viral hepatitis and HIV infection are important health problems. The aim of this study was to investigate seropositivity of HBsAg, Anti-HBs, Anti-HCV and Anti-HIV in the patients who were admitted to Artvin State Hospital between October 2009 and October 2012. Materials and Methods: Blood samples from the patients are analysed in Abbot Architect İ 1000 (Abbott Laboratories, İllinois,USA) using chemiluminescence method. Results: Serologically 21865 patients are tested for HBsAg, 15284 patients are tested for Anti-HBs, 21330 patients are tested for Anti-HCV and 17935 patients are tested for Anti-HIV. In our study 3.96%, 35.06%, 0.85% and 0.05% of the patients are tested are found to be seropositive for HBsAg, Anti-HBs, Anti-HCV and Anti- HIV respectively. Conclusion: The results detected for seropositivity in Artvin are similar to those found in other regions of Turkey.
