Özet

Terziali-Çayağzı (Kırşehir) altın cevherleşmesi başlıca; mermer, gnays, şist ve metajasperoidlerden oluşan Kırşehir Masifi metamorfikleri içinde yeralmaktadır. Bölgede yüksek altın değerleri metajasperoidler ve şistlerin yüzeysel bozunma zonlarmdan elde edilmiştir. Metajasperoidlerin altın içeriği 1 ppm'in altındadır.

Abstract

The Terziali-Çayağzı (Kırşehir) gold mineralization is hosted in the Kırşehir Massif metamorphites which are mainly composed of marble, gneiss, schist and metajasperoids. The highest gold contents in the Terziali-Çayağzı region are found in metajasperoids and the weathering zones of the schists. The gold content of the metajasperoids is lower than 1 ppm, whereas that of the weathering zones of the schists reaches up to 6 ppm. The gold content of the weathering zones is variable. The highest gold grades are detected in the upper part of the weathering zones near the surface, while they decrease downwards. Based on the fluid inclusion data of the metajasperoid and the silicified schists in the study area, the homogenization temperatures of the primary inclusions within the metajasperoids range from 319°C to 420°C and higher than 485°C. The salinity values are between 2.2 wt% and 14.8 wt% NaCI equivalent. The homogenization temperatures, which are measured on primary inclusions of the silicified fault zones within the schist, are between 154°C and 390°C and higher than 421 °C. The salinity values of these fluid inclusions range from 3.3% to 4.5 % NaCI equivalent. The homogenization temperatures of the secondary inclusions of the silicified zones within the schists range between 80°C and 243°C. The fluid inclusion data are compatible with the geological and petrographical observations, and indicate that the fluid inclusions within the metajasperoids and the silicifed schists have derived from different sources. It is considered that the fluid inclusions of the metajasperoids are metamorphic in origin and that of the silicified schist are younger and probably derived from the meteoric fluids. The grade distribution, alteration and mineralogical-petrographical features suggest that the Terziali-Çayağzı gold mineralization hosted in the weathering zones of the schists has similar characteristics with those of lateritic-saprolitic gold deposits in the world.
