Özet
Jukstaglomerular hücreli tümör (JGHT) renin salgılayan ve klinik belirtiler ile seyreden bir tümörüdür. Asemptomatik seyreden ve rastlantısal saptanan formu ise çok nadirdir. Sol üreter tümörü nedeniyle nefroüreterektomi uygulanan 70 yaşındaki erkek hastaya ait materyalin histopatolojik incelemesinde, üreter tümörü ile birlikte böbrekte rastlantısal olarak 0.5 cm çapında JGHT saptandı. Radyolojik tetkiklerde de belirlenemeyen bu tümör literatürde bildirilen en küçük boyutlu JGHT"dür. Ayrıca bu olgu ile JGHT'lerin klinik belirtisiz olabilecekleri ve ancak histolojik olarak saptanabilecekleri gösterilmiştir.
Abstract
Juxtaglomerular cell tumor (JGCT) usually causes symptoms due to renin secretion. Incidentally detected, asymptomatic forms are rarely described. In a 70-year old male patient treated with nephroureterectomy due to left ureter tumor. The histologie examination revealed a JGCT, measuring 0.5 cm in diameter, which was detected incidentally together with the ureter tumor. This tumor, which was not seen during the radiological examinations, was the smallest JGCT reported in the literature. Besides, this care displays that JGCT can be totally asymptomatic and the diagnosis can only be established by histological examinations.
