Özet
Daha önceden bükülebilir (malleable) penil protez takılı hastalarda BPH nedeniyle klasik rezektoskoplarla transuretral rezeksiyon güçleşmektedir. Bu hastalarda alternatif yaklaşım olan transperineal-uretral rezeksiyon ve uzun rezektoskop ile transüretral yaklaşım seçenekleri mevcuttur. Her iki seçeneğinde uygulanamadığı hastamızda alternatif tedavi yaklaşımı VLAP uygulanmış, bu yöntemin gerekçeleri tartışılmış olup bu konuda ilk olgu sunumu olmaktadır.
Abstract
Introduction: Transuretral resection of prostatectomy is difficult often impossible in the presence of penile prosthesis Transurethal resection with large resectoscopes and transperineal-uretral resection are the treatment modalities in these patients. This is the first case performing and discussing VLAP as an alternative treatment option, which both treatment options couldn’t be performed.
