Özet
Wilms tümörü çocuklarda üriner traktın en sık görülen tümörüdür, fakat erişkinlerde nadirdir. Bununla birlikte histolojik olarak görüntü aynıdır ve multimodal tedavi rejimleriyle çocukluk çağında daha başarılı bir şekilde tedavi edilebilir. Genellikle cerrahi öncesi diğer malin böbrek tümörlerinden ayırt edilemez. Vincristin, doxorubisin ve adriamisini içeren bir kemoterapi rejimiyle tedavi edilen favorable histolojili, Evre I Wilms tümörünü sunuyoruz.
Abstract
Wilms' tumor is the most common malignant tumor of the urinary tract in children but is rare in adults. Although histologically the tumors appear to be the same, successful treatment with multimodal therapy is much more common in childhood. It usually cannot be differentiated from other renal masses preoperatively. .We report 1 patient with adult, favorable, Stage I Wilms' tumor. He has managed successfully with chemotherapy, including vincristine, doxorubicin and adriamycin.
