Özet
Böbrek anjiyomiyolipomu benin bir tümördür. Tesadüfen tespit edilen 4 cm'den küçük izole anjiyomiyolipomlar için takip yeterli iken aşırı damarlanmış, büyük anjiyomiyolipomlarda cerrahi girişimler ön plandadır. Bu yazıda birinde yoğun hematüri, diğerinde spontan rüptüre bağlı retroperitoneal hemoraji ile başvuran iki anjiyomiyolipom olgusu sunulmuş ve tedavi seçenekleri tartışılmıştır.
Abstract
Renal angiomyolipoma is a benign tumor. While follow-up is sufficient for small (<4 cm) isolated angiomyolipoma detected incidentally, surgical procedures are more important in hypervascularized, large angiomyolipoma. In this study, two cases of angiomyolipoma, which are with gross hematuria and the other with retroperitoneal hemorrhage due to spontaneous rupture, were presented and treatment modalities were discussed.
