Balayı impotansının tek doz 50 mg sildenafil (Viagra) ile tedavisi

Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı, psikososyal impotansın bir alt grubu olan balayı impotansınm tedavisinde tek doz 50 mg sildenafil'in (viagra) etkinliğini araştırmaktır. Mart-1999 ile Şubat-2000 tarihleri arasında, yaşları 21-35 (ortalama 26.4) olan ve yeni evli olmalarına rağmen eşleriyle ilk cinsel ilişkiyi gerçekleştirememiş olan 14 erkek çalışma kapsamına alınmıştır. Anamnezlerinde evlilik öncesi hiçbirinde ereksiyon problemi yoktu. Sistemik, ürogenital ve nörolojik muayeneleri normaldi Ayrıntılı bilgi verildikten sonra, ilişkiden bir saat önce 50 mg sildenafil (viagra) almaları sağlandı. Hastalarımızın 12'si (%85,8) cinsel ilişkiyi sağladı. İki olguda (%14,2) ilişki sağlanamadı. Bu 2 hastada impotans yönünden ileri tetkikler yapıldı ve vasküler patolojiler saptandı. Sonuç olarak, balayı impotansinin tedavisinde tek doz 50 mg sildenafil (viagra) etkin bulundu.

Abstract

The aim of this study to investigate the effectiveness of single dose 50 mg sildenafil (viagra) in treatment of honeymoon impotence which is a subgroup of psychosocial impotence. Between March 1999 and February 2000, 14 male patients at the age of 21-35 (average 26.4), who have not been able to have sexual intercourse with their spouse although they were newly married, were included in the study. The history of the patients did not reveal any problems in having an erection. There were no abnormal findings in systemic, genitourinary and neurologic examinations. After having their and their spouses' consent, single dose 50 mg sildenafil (viagra) was given before the sexual intercourse. Twelve of our patients (85.8%), managed to have a sexual intercourse after single dose. In 2 of the patients (14.2%) the treatment failed. In further investigation of these patients, vascular pathologies were detected. As a conclusion, in treatment of honeymoon impotence, single dose 50 mg sildenafil (viagra) was found effective.
