Özet
Bu çalışma 1996-1997 yılında kök ve kökboğazı fungal patojenleri Fusarium culmorum (W.G.Sm) Sacc., F. graminearum Schawabe ve Rhizoctonia cerealis van der Hoeven 'e karşı bazı buğday çeşitlerinin reaksiyonlarını ve tohum koruyucu fungusitlerin F. culmorum 'a etkisini belirlemek amacıyla kontrollü koşullarda yürütülmüştür. Reaksiyonları araştırılan 8 buğday çeşidinden Saraybosna'nın F.culmorum'a orta derecede duyarlı (MS), F. graminearum ve R. cerealis'e ise duyarlı (S) olduğu belirlenmiştir. Diğer 7 çeşit her 3 patojene de duyarlı (S) bulunmuştur. Türkiye 'de Buğdayda Sürme (Tilletia foetida (Wallr.) Lira, T. caries (D.C) Tul.) ve Rastık (Ustilago nuda tritici Schaffn.) hastalıklarına karşı ruhsatlı fungusitlerden Carbendazim, Tebuconazole, Maneb ve Triticonazole 'un kullanım dozunda F. culmorum 'a sırasıyla %80.00, %80.00, %60.00 ve %28.00 oranında etkili olduğu saptanmıştır.
Abstract
This study was carried out to determine the reactions of some wheat ciiltivars against root and crown rot fungal pathogens, Fusarium culmorum (W.G.Sm.) Sacc., F. graminearum Schawabe and Rhizoctonia cerealis van der Hoeven and efficacy oj''seed pro tec tant fungicides to F. culmorum under controlled conditions in 1996- 1997. Among the 8 wheat ciiltivars tested for the reaction, Saraybosna was determined as moderately susceptible (MS) against F. culmorum and susceptible (S) against R. cerealis and F. graminearum. The other 7 ciiltivars were found susceptible (S) to the each three pathogens. Carbendazim, Tebuconazole, Maneb and Triticonazole, which are among the fungicides registered against to wheat common bunt (Tilletia foetida (Wallr.) Lira, T. caries (DC.) Tul.) and loose smut (Ustilago nuda triad Schaffh.) in Turkey, were determined as effective as 80%, 80%, 60% and 28%, against F. culmorum when the recommended dosage applied, respectively.
