Özet
Boyun sol ön bölgesinden kesici aletle yaralanma sonucu acil birimimize gelen hastaya yapılan özofagoskopide servikal özofagıısda perforasyon gözlendi. Ameliyata alınan hasta izole özofagus yaralanması görüldü. Primer onarıldı. Postoperatif 7 gün nazogastrit tüp yoluyla enteral beslenme uygulanan hasta postoperatif 10. Gün taburcu edildi.
Abstract
Patient was admitted to our emergency unit with penetrating stab wound on the left front neck. We performed esophagoscopy and obserred the esophageal perforation. Primary repair was done. Patient was followed in the bed for 7 days with nasogastric tube. She was sent home on the tenth day postoperatively.
