Özet

Much attention has been paid over the past years to the TransPacific Partnership (TPP). Due to its reactivation and prompt signature, now as the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) after the United States withdrawal from the same, in this commentary, we analyse one of its chapters, the telecommunications chapter, to understand its content and the commitments CPTPP Parties have agreed to undertake in this sector.
