Alt ölçek puanlarında en yüksek ortalama(±StandartSapma) 24,6(±4,2) manevi gelişimde, en düşük ortalama 16,6(±3,6) fiziksel aktiviteydi. Çoklu model analizinde; düzenli egzersiz yapmak, ana öğünü atlamamak pozitif yönde, sağlık algısının “iyinin altında” olması, düzenli sigara içici olma negatif yönde (p<0,05) anlamlı bulundu. Sonuç: İnternlerde SYBDÖ puan ortalamaları orta düzeydedir. Sağlıklı yaşam biçimi davranışı geliştirmeleri desteklenmelidir.

Abstract

planned to evaluate the associated lifestyle behaviors and related factors in the interns. Method: 126 intern physicians participated in the study. The questionnaire, consisting of 21 questions and 52 questions questioning sociodemographic characteristics and other related factors, was applied face-to-face, including Healthy Lifestyle Behaviors Scale II (HLBS II). Data were analyzed with SPSS 17.0. Results: 56.7% of the students were male. 47.6% of them perceived their health very well, 17.5% were doing regular physical exercise, 13.6% were smoking regularly. HLBS II total score was 124.6 ± 17.1. In the subscale scores, the highest mean (± Standard Deviation) was 24.6 (± 4.2) in spiritual development, and the lowest mean was 16.6 (± 3.6) physical activity. In multi-model analysis; Exercising regularly, not skipping the main meal were found to be positive, the perception of health being “below the good” and being a regular smoker were found to be negative (p <0.05). Conclusion: Average HLBS scores in the intern are moderate. Developing healthy lifestyle behaviors should be supported.
