Özet
Alveoler adenoma akciğerin son derece nadir görülen benign tümörlerindendir. Septal mezenkim ve alveoler epitelin benign proliferasyonu sonucu meydana gelir. Bu çalışmamızda iki alveoler adenoma olgumuzu klinik, gross ve histolojik özellikleri itibariyle değerlendirdik. Olgularımızın biri erkek biri kadın olup yaşları 55 ve 43 idi. Asemptomatik olup rastlantısal olarak tespit edilen olgularımızın birinde sol alt lob superior segment lokalizasyonunda 4 cm'lik soliter pulmoner nodul, diğerinde orta lob lokalizasyonunda 4.5 cm'lik kistik kitle lezyonu mevcuttu. Sırasıyla superior segmentektomi ve orta lobektomi yapıldı. Hastalarımız postoperatif 36. ve 3. aylarında semptomsuz takibimiz altındadır. PA akciğer grafisinde sıklıkla soliter pulmoner nodul şeklinde izlenen alveoler adenom malign bir potansiyel taşımamaktadır.
Abstract
Alveolar adenoma is a very uncommon benign tumour of lung occurring as a result of the septal mesenchyme and the proliferation of the alveolar epithelium. In this study two alveolar adenoma cases were observed with gross and histologie findings. Our patients, which of one is a female and one is a male are at the ages of 55 and 43. In these cases which were recognised asemptomatically on the left lower lob superior segment as a solitary pulmonary nodule of 4 cm and the other was seen on the medial lobe as a cystic mass lesion of 4.5 cm. Superior segmentectomy and middle lobec-tomy were performed. Our patients in the 36. month and 3. month postoperatively were observed without any symp-toms. There isn't any potential for malignancy of alveolar adenoma, although it is recognised as a solitary pulmonary nodule on chest graphics.
