Özet
iktidar partisinin sivil topluma karşı tutumu ile 27 Mayıs 1960 Askeri Müdahalesi'nde sivil toplumun rolü konuları üzerinde durulmuştur. Tek parti döneminin baskıcı ve yasakçı yaklaşımı nedeniyle gelişme ortamı bulamayan sivil toplum örgütleri, 1945 yılından sonra bir sıçrama yapmış, önce çok sayıda siyasi parti kurulmuş, ardından sendika, birlik, oda ve dernek kuruluşlarında büyük bir artış olmuştur. Bu gelişmeleri Basın Kanunu'nda yapılan değişiklikler izlemiş ve sansürün de kaldırılmasıyla çok sayıda gazete ve dergi yayın hayatına başlamıştır. Bu gelişmeler 1945-1960 yılları arasında sivil toplum örgütlerinin sayı ve etkinlik bakımından ciddi bir önem kazanmasına sebep olmuştur
Abstract
