Göç ve Yoksulluğun Patolojisi: Siyasal Şiddetten Sosyal Şiddete

Özet

Bu çalışma, ülkemizde giderek kendini daha çok hissettirmeye başlayan kent şiddetini irdelemeyi hedeflemektedir. Çalışmanın odağında özellikle, çocuk ve gençler tarafından gerçekleştirilen şiddet suçlarının çözümlenmesi bulunmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın temel savı ise; son dönemlerde ciddi bir artış eğilimi içerisine giren şiddet eylemlerinin, Doğu ve Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesinde yıllarca süren çatışmadan bağımsız olarak ele alınamayacağıdır. Bir anlamda bu çalışmada; terörle yıllarca süren çatışma, göç, işsizlik ve yoksulluk faktörleri, artan şiddet ve suç olaylarının önde gelen nedenleri olarak ele alınmıştır.

Abstract

This study aims at explain to the city-violence starting to show its effect more and more in our country. At the focus of the study takes place the analysing of the violent crimes especially commited by the teenagers and adults. The main claim of the investigation is that the violent crimes increasing seriously in recent times can not be dealt with free from the conflict lasting for years in the East and South East Anatolia Regions. Namely, in this research, migration, unemployment, poverty, and terror are suggested the leading determinants of rising violence and committing crime.
