Ataerkillik ve cinsiyet bağlamında gizil bir iktidar çatışmasının örneği olarak içgöçlerin analizi

Özet

Göç ve kentleşme, günümüz Türkiye 'sinin yaşadığı değişme sürecinin en önemli belirleyenlerinden birisi olmuştur. Bu sürecin çok boyutlu bir değişme endeksi olmasına bağlı olarak, akademik çalışmaların yoğun şekilde dikkatini çekmiştir. Bu irdelemelerin bir örneği olarak çalışmamız Aydın ilindeki Güneydoğu kökenli göçmenler üzerinde yapılmış bir alan araştırmasının verilerine dayanmaktadır. Araştırma 1980 öncesi kente yerleşen göçmenlerle 1980 sonrası kente yerleşen ve kentin mekânsal yapılanmasına dayalı olarak çok farklı yaşam alanlarında konuşlanan/ yerleşen bireylerle yapılmış bir çalışmadır. Bu çalışmayla sürecin failleri olan bireyler cinsiyet ekseninde karşılaştırılmış ve bu uzun süreç, göçü yaşayan farklı kuşakların karşılaştırılması yoluyla, cinsiyetler bağlamında var olan iktidar çatışması somut göstergeler dâhilinde tartışmıştır. Çalışmanın temel amacı ise, göç sürecinin kendi içindeki farklı dönemleri boyunca 'sosyal değişme perspektifininkendi içinde nasıl bir süreç yaşadığı ve bu sürecin cinsiyetler yönüyle nasıl algılandığının irdelenmesidir.

Abstract

Immigration along with urbanization has been one of the most significant indications of the process of development which Turkey has experienced. This process has attracted the attention of many academic researchers since it is a multi-dimensional change index. This essay, being an example to such studies, is based on the data of an environmental research on the immigrants coming from the south-east region of Turkey and settled in Aydın. The study has been done through the immigrants settling in Aydın before 1980 and those, after 1980, settling various parts of the city due to the city s having different districts of settlements. In this study, the individuals who became effective doers in the process have been compared to each other in respect of gender and also the process has been discussed via the comparison between generations; and the present conflict of authority between genders has been studied through the concrete signs. The main purpose of the study is to investigate thoroughly 'the perspective of the social change centered on the gender 'throughout the different phases in itself and to study how this change has been perceived with respect to the two genders.
