Özet

Çok sektörlü, entegre bir bölgesel kalkınma projesi olan ÖAP'ın, uygulanmakta olduğu Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi'nde önemli toplumsal dönüşümlere yol açmaya başlamasıyla birlikte, bölgenin kalkınmasında ve toplumsal dönüşümünde büyük engellerle de karşılaşılmaktadır.. Bunlardan biri, kökeni göçebe ve yarı-göçebe toplumlara dayanan aşiretler, diğeri ise geleneksel geniş aile yapısıdır.Bu çalışma GAP'in bölgedeki toplumsal yapıyı değiştirme yönünde karşılaştığı, değişmeye dirençli bu iki yapıdaki değişim sürecini ele almaktadır. Bu bağlamda Diyarbakır'ın Silvan ilçesinde egemen olan Şeyhdoda aşireti seçilerek, bu aşirete mensup 105 aile üzerinde uygulamalı bir çalışma yapılmış ve bu yolîa aşiret ve aile yapısında meydana gelen değişim tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Abstract

Southeastern Anatolian Project (GAP), a multi-sectional and integrated regional development project which targeted to give a way to significant social changes in the Southeast Anatolian Region. There are big obstacles in the region's development and social change. One of them is the tribes whose origins are based on nomadic and half-nomadic communities;, the other is the traditional extended family structure. This study deals with the process of change with these two change-resistant structures which GAP faces in an attempt to change the. social structure. Considering this, "Şeyhdoda " tribe, dominant in the town of Silvan, Diyarbakır has been taken as an example and a survey has been carried out on 105 families belonging to this tribe and it has been tried to diagnose the change in the tribal and family structures.
