Özet
Avukatların Türkiye’de ikinci kez “Tehlikede Bulunan Avukatlar” olarak tespit edilmesi, aslında ülkemizde temel insan haklarının ih-lalinde yaşanan yoğunluğun bir sonucudur. Bu durumun savunma hakkının icrası ve adil yargılanma hakkı bakımından ele alınıp tartı-şılması gerektiği kuşkusuzdur.
Abstract
Lawyers are identified as “Lawyers under Threat” in Turkey for the second time, it is a result of the intensity experienced in the violation of basic human rights in our country. There is no doubt that this situation should be considered and discussed in terms of the right to defense and the right to a fair trial.
