Türk Eğitim Sisteminde Hedefler ve Hedef Belirlemede Yeni Yönelimler

Özet

Toplumsal yaşamın sürekliliği, bir ülkede hakim olan eğitim programlarının o ülkede etkili olarak uygulanabilirliğini gerekli kılmaktadır. Eğitimin toplumları geleceğe taşıma sorumluluğu ve bireyi geliştirme dinamiği, öğretim programları yoluyla tasarlanan insan yetiştirme projesi ile gerçekleşebilecektir. Eğitimin toplum için önem taşıyan bu sorumluluğunu yerine getirmesi, öğretim programlarında öncelikli rolü olan hedeflerin ortaya konulması ve yaşama geçirilmesi ile mümkün olabilecektir. Bu anlamda Türk eğitim sistemi, toplumun ulusal ve evrensel değerlere uygun niteliklerle donanık birey ve yurttaş yetiştirme misyonunu eğitim sisteminin öncelikli hedefi olarak görmek ve bu sorumluluğunu yerine getirmek durumundadır.

Abstract

The continuity of the social life, necesitates the effective applicability of the pioneering educational programmes in that country. The responsibility of education in carrying the societies into the future the dynamics of developing the individual, can be maintained through human training Project designed by educational programmes. Fulfilling this responsibility of education which is of great importance for the society, can only be possible by putting forward the priority targets in educational programmes by the putting them into practice. In this context, the Turkish education system has to see, as the priority target of the educational system, the mission of individual and citizen training equipped with national and universal values and has to accomplish this responsibility.
