İmidacloprid'in T/2 dozu uygulanan ergin bireylerin yumurta sayısı/dişi (64.03) oranının kontrol grubuna (39.96) göre arttığı belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, imidacloprid ve deltamethrin’in T/2 dozlarının T. urticae ergin bireylerinde ortalama yaşam süresi, ortalama ovipozisyon süresi gibi bazı biyolojik özelikler üzerinde etkili olabileceği kanısına varılmıştır.
Abstract
In this study, the effect of imidacloprid, thiacloprid, deltamethrin and cypermethrin on reproduction parameters and life span of Tetranychus urticae Koch. (Acari: Tetranychidae) were investigated using field application doses (T) and half of field application doses (T/2). Insecticides and pure water (as a control) was applied to the adults of the T. urticae found on the leaves on the wet cotton of the petri dish by spray towers. The life span (5.35 days) and oviposition period (4.29 d) of T. urticae adults that applied deltamethrin at T/2 dose were shorter than controls (6.57 ve 5.44 d) and decreased number of eggs/female. Mean life span and oviposition period of T. urticae adults females that treated with imidacloprid, thiacloprid and cypermethrin were the same as controls and no difference was found between doses. The number of eggs/female (64.03) of T. urticae that applied T/2 dose of imidacloprid was significantly higher than control (39.96). In conclusion, it was concluded that T/2 doses of imidacloprid and deltamethrin may affect some biological properties such as mean life span, mean oviposition period in T. urticae adults.
