Özet

Günümüz işletmeleri globalleşen dünyamızda artan rekabet koşulları ve sürekli değişen tüketici tercihleri ile karşı karşıyadır. Rekabet üstünlüğünü ele geçirmek ve pazarda kalabilmek için tüketici tatminine yönelik üretimi istenilen spesifikasyonlar içerisinde gerçekleştirmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı alt sistemlerin performanslarının, sistemin toplam performansı üzerinde etkili olduğunun vurgulanmasıdır. İşletmeler kendilerine farklı amaçlar ve hedefler tayin edebilirler. Ancak amaç ve hedef ne olursa olsun bunların gerçekleşmesi işletmenin sürekliliği ile mümkün olabilecektir. Sürekliliği sağlamanın yolu gelir, gider dengesini korumak hatta gelirin giderden fazla olması koşuluna bağlıdır. İşletmelerde gelirin elde edilmesi pazarlama birimi, giderlerin yapılması ise büyük ölçüde üretim biriminin sorumluluğundadır. Dolayısıyla bu iki birimin toplam performansa katkıları önemlidir. Ancak bu birimler doğaları gereği birbirleri ile sürekli çatışma içerisindedirler. Sürtüşmelerin ortadan kaldırılması ve birimlerin uyumlu çalışması toplam performansı olumlu yönde etkileyecektir.

Abstract

Present organizations is face to face with increasing competition conditions and continuously changing consumer preferences in our world. it is necessary that we must materialize the production which is directed to the consumer's guess in the frame of hoped specifıcations to Capture the superiority of competition and to stay in the market. The aim of mis study is to stress how effectual the part's one by one performances over the total performance of the system. Organizations can appoint different aims and targets themselves. Hovvever whatever their aim and target is their becoming true will be able to be possible with the organization's continuity. The way to provide the continuity is due to protect income and expenses balance even the condition of much income than expenses.In organizations to obtain income is in the responsibility of production unit. Consequently these two units additions to total performance is important. However these two units are continuously conflicting each other due to their nature. Another reason that increasing the argument is the tightness of connections and one of the unit's output's being input of another unit. To remove arrangements and the unit's harmonious study will increase the total performance.
