Özet
Bu araştırmada Fabaceae familyasının Orobastrum (Taub.) Boiss seksiyonundan olan Lathyrus inconspicuus L. ve L. vinealis Boiss & Noe türleri Elazığ ili ve civarından toplanarak, kök, gövde ve yaprakların morfolojik, palinolojik ve bazı anatomik özellikleri incelenmiştir. İki Lathyrus türünün örneklerinden alınan anatomik kesitler ve bazı palinolojik karakterler morfolojik ve morfometrik olarak değerlendirilmiş; iki tür bu özellikler bakımından karşılaştırılmıştır. İncelenen her iki türün polen tipi trikolporat, polen şekli L. inconspicuus' ta oblat, L. vinealis' te ise subolat olarak tespit edilmiştir. İki tür arasında anatomik bakımdan önemli fark bulunmamakla beraber , cinsin diğer türleriyle karşılaştırıldığında bazı farklılıklar saptanmıştır. Lathyrus türleri arasındaki morfolojik, palinolojik ve anatomik farklılıklar tartışılmıştır.
Abstract
In this study, Lathyrus inconspicuous L. and L. vinealis Boiss. & Noe species belonging to section Orobastrum (Taub.) Boiss. of Fabaceae family, were collected from Elazığ and vicinity. Morphological, palynological and anatomical features of root, stem and leaf of both plant were investigated. The anatomical sections obtained from two Lathyrus species and the palynologic characters were evaluated in that morphology and morphometry and compared with each other by these features. The pollen type of two species were tricolporate, the pollen shape was found as oblate in L. inconspicuous and subolate in L. vinealis. However, Significant anatomical differences were not found between both Lathyrus species, but when it compared with the other species of genus some differences were also determined. Some morphological, palynological and anatomical differences were discussed among the Lathyrus sp.
