Özet

Amaç: Kliniğimizde baş-boyun cilt lezyonlarında kullanmakta olduğumuz lokal cilt flep ve greftlerini sonuçlarıyla değerlendirdik. Hastalar ve Yöntemler: Baş ve boyun cildinde tümoral lezyon nedeniyle ameliyat geçiren 15'i erkek, 10'u kadın toplam 25 hastaya rekonstrüksiyon uygulanmıştır. Eksizyon sonrası, üç olguya rotasyon flebi, 10 olguya transpozisyon flebi, beş olguya advancement ve yedi olguya da lokal full-thickness cilt grefti uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: Serbest cilt grefti uygulanan olguların birinde total, birinde parsiyel nekroz saptandı. Transpozisyon yapılan bir olguda geç dönemde keloid gelişti. Rotasyon fleplerinde herhangi bir problemle karşılaşılmadı. Sonuç: Lezyonun anatomik lokalizasyonuna göre değişen uygun rekonstrüksiyon modeli uygulandığında, komplikasyon oranlarındaki düşüşün yanı sıra operasyon süresi de kısalmakta ve kozmetik sorunlar yaşanmamaktadır.

Abstract

Objectives: We evaluated our results with local flaps and grafts used in the reconstruction of head and neck skin tumoral lesions. Patients and Methods: Reconstruction methods used in 25 patients (15 males, 10 females) who underwent surgery for tumoral lesions in the head and neck skin were reviewed. Following excision, reconstruction was performed using rotation (n=3), transposition (n=10), and advancement (n=5) flaps and local full-thickness skin grafts (n=7). Results: Of patients in whom free skin flaps were employed, two developed total and partial necrosis, respectively. One patient who underwent flap transposition developed cheloid in the late period. No problems were encountered with rotation flaps. Conclusion: Advantages of employing appropriate reconstruction methods varying with the anatomical localization of the lesion are augmented, including lower complication rate, shorter duration of surgery, and better cosmetic results.
