İnferior vena kava trombozu (Olgu sunumu)

Özet

inferior vena kava trombozu, derin ven trombozlarının nadir görülen agre-sif bir formudur. Venöz trombozla ilgili hiçbir klinik bulgunun olmaya¬bileceği unutulmamalıdır. Etyolojide trombojenik ve sistemik hastalıklar, gastrointestinal sistemdeki venöz trombozlar araştırılmalıdır. Konjestif kalp yetmezliği nadir görülen diğer bir sebeptir. Görüntüleme metodları doğru tanıya götürür. Fibrinolitik ve antikoagülan tedavinin cerrahi giri¬şimle birlikte ele alınması daha ideal bir yaklaşımdır. Bu makalede, IVK trombozu teşhisi ile takip edilen bir hastanın klinik bulguları, görüntüleme metodları ve tedavisi sunulmaktadır.

Abstract

Inferior vena cava thrombosis is a severe and rare form of deep venous thrombosis. It should be borne in mind that no clinical signs related to ve¬nous thrombosis may be present. Thrombogenic and systemic diseases and venous thrombosis in the gastrointestinal system must be considered in eti¬ology. Congestive heart failure is another rare cause. Imaging techniques are 'helpful in leading to an accurate diagnosis. It is appropriate to combine thrombolytic and anticoagulant treatment with surgery. In this report, we present a patient with vena cava thrombosis together with clinical findings, imaging techniques and treatment.
