Ortalamaların karşılaştırılmasında t testi, demografik verilerde yüzdelik, iki ölçeğin arasındaki bağlantıyı belirlemek için ise korelasyon analizleri uygulandı. Bulgular: Kadınların %75.7'si 8 saat ve 8 saatten az çalışırken %24.3'ü 8 saatten fazla çalışmaktadır. Haftalık işe geldikleri gün sayısına baktığımızda kadınların %75.8'i 5 gün ve 5 günden az işe gelirken, %24.2'si 5 günden fazla işe gelmektedir. Çalışmamızda iki ölçek arasındaki korelasyona baktığımızda ikisi a r a s ı n d a n e g a t i f y ö n l ü z a y ı f b i r i l i ş k i bulunmuştur(r=0.319,p=0.01). Sonuç: Çalışmamızın sonucunda iki ölçek arasında anlamlı bir bağlantıya rastlanmamış ve çok mesai yapan kadınların Yaşam Doyum Ölçeği ortalamaları yüksek bulunmuştur.
