Özet
Kronik Böbrek Hastalığı tedavisi çok pahalı ve güç olduğu için kronik hastalıklar arasında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Kronik böbrek hastalığının tedavisi diyaliz ya da böbrek nakli ile mümkündür. Tedavisi süresince hasta ve ailesi iyi bir hemşirelik bakımına ve eğitime ihtiyaç duymaktadır. İyi bir gözlemci olarak hemşire hastanın gereksinimlerini belirlemeli ve hemşirelik bakımını planlıyorken hastanın yaşam kalitesini artırmalı ve gereksinimlerini karşılamalıdır.
Abstract
Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease is very expensive and difficult, so it has an important place among chronic diseases. Treatment of chronic kidney disease is possible with dialysis or kidney transplantation. During the course of the treatment, the patient and family need a good nursing care and education. As a good observer, the nurse should determine the needs of the patient and increase the quality of life of the patient while planning the nursing care and meet the needs.
