Özet

Bu çalışma sağlık alanında öğrenim gören üniversite öğrencilerinin sağlıklı yaşam biçimi davranışlarının değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamına alınan 420 öğrenciden örneklem seçimine gidilmemiş araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 381 öğrenci ile çalışma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Öğrencilerin SYBD II ölçeğinden aldıkları toplam puan ortalamasının 129,09±23,33 (orta) olduğu belirlenmiştir. Kız öğrencilerin sağlık sorumluluğu, kişilerarası ilişkiler, stres yönetimi alt boyutları puan ortalamaları ve ölçek toplam puan ortalamaları erkek öğrencilere göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede yüksek bulunmuştur (p<0.05). İkinci sınıf öğrencilerin kişilerarası ilişkiler alt boyutu puan ortalaması birinci sınıf öğrencilere göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede yüksek bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Sağlık bilimleri yüksekokulunda okuyan öğrencilerin sağlık sorumluluğu, meslek yüksekokulu sağlık bölümlerinde okuyan öğrencilere göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde yüksek bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Öğrencilerin SYBD II ölçeğinden aldıkları toplam puan orta düzeyde bulunmuştur.
