Özet
Tuberoskleroz tanısı olan 15 yaşındaki bayan hastanın sağ gözünde iriste hipopigmente lezyonlar ve bilateralmultifokal retinal astrositik hamartomlar saptandı. Bu çalışmada, multisistem organ tutulumu olan hastanın göz bulguları tanımlandı, tuberosklerozda tanı kriterleri ve hasta takibinin önemi tartışıldı.
Abstract
Bilateral-multifocal retinal astrocytic hamartomas together with hypopigmented iris lesions in the right eye were seen in a 15-years-old female with tuberous sclerosis. In this study, the ophthalmologic features of a patient with tuberous sclerosis who had multisystem organ involvement are presented, diagnostic criteria and importance of follow up examination are discussed.
