Özet

Bu olgu sunumunda, sağ gözüne perforan travma ve sklera perforasyonu nedeniyle acil primer reperasyon yapıldıktan sonraki kontrollerinde travmatik maküla deliği saptanan ve bir ay sonra deliğin spontan olarak kapandığı optik koherens tomografi (OKT) ile gösterilen, yirmi yaşındaki genç bir hasta sunulmaktadır.

Abstract

In this case report a 20-year-old patient who had primary scleral reparation after perforating trauma to the right eye is presented. During the follow-up period a traumatic macular hole was detected. After one month, the macular hole was seen to have spontaneously closed and this was shown with optical coherence tomography.
