Yedi Olgu Nedeniyle Hipersensitivite Pnömonisi

Özet

Hipersensitivite pnömonisi (HP) hayvansal ya da bitki- sel kaynaklı organik tozların ve bazı kimyasal ajanla- rın yaygın ve tekrarlayan inhalasyonları sonucu olu- şan, immünolojik aracılıklı gelişen, interstisyel ya da parankimal dokuları etkileyen, akut alevlenmelerle seyreden, kronik inflamatuvar bir hastalıktır. Nadir görülmektedir ve farklı klinik semptomlar verebilmesi nedeniyle çoğu kez gözden kaçabilmektedir. Tanıda en önemli nokta HP düşünmek ve buna yönelik ma- ruziyeti hem çevresel hem de mesleksel olarak ayrıntılı sorgulamaktır. Biz de polikliniğimize değişik ön tanı- larla başvuran ve yapılan incelemeler sonucu HP tanısı konularak tedavi başlanan ve takibe alınan, yaş ortalaması 32 olan üç kadın, dört erkek 7 HP olgu- sunu literatür eşliğinde sunduk.

Abstract

Hypersensitivity pneumonitis is a chronic inflammatory disease that represents one possible response of the interstitial and paranchimal tissue to the intensive and repeated inhalation of antigenic substances. It was rarely seen and overlooked many times because of the different clinical symptoms. The most important point in the diagnosis is to consider HP and to pro- foundly question the environmental and occupational exposure. We present three women, four men (mean age 32) 7 HP cases who applied to our clinic with different pre-diagnosis and were diagnosed with HP, as a result of the examinations, and started treatment, receiving follow-up in the light of the literature.
