Hemşire Çizelgeleme Sorununa Yönelik Uygulama Önerileri

Özet

Bu çalışmada, yönetici hemşireler tarafından kullanılan iki hemşire çizelgeleme yöntemine yönelik uygulama önerileri sunulmuştur. Birinci yöntem aylık çalışma saatine dayalı hemşire çizelgeleme yöntemi olup, bu yöntem hemşire sayısının fazla olduğu ve her vardiyadaki hemşire sayısının eşit olduğu birimlerde kullanılmaktadır. Bu yöntemde aylık çalışma saati, çalışma vardiyaları, her bir vardiyadaki hemşire sayısı ve birimde çalışması gereken hemşire sayısı belirlenerek hemşire çalışma çizelgesi planlanmaktadır. İkinci yöntem ise çoğu hastanede yaygın olarak kullanılan nöbet listesidir. Bu yöntemin basamaklarını standart şekle getirecek ve yöntemin uygulanmasını kolaylaştıracak önerilere makalede yer verilmiştir. Çalışmada sunulan örnekler, hemşire çalışma çizelgelerinin hazırlanmasında kullanışlı bir rehber olabilir ve iş yükünün dengeli dağılmasını sağlayabilir

Abstract

In this study, implementation recommendations for two nursing scheduling methods that are used by manager nurses are presented. The first method is a nurse scheduling method based on monthly working hours. This method is used in the units with greater number of nurses where the number of nurses per shift is the same. In this method, nursing scheduling is planned by determining monthly working hours, working shifts, number of nurses in each shift and number of nurses that should work in the clinic. The second method is commonly used in most hospitals. Recommendations that will standardize the steps of this method and facilitate the implementation of the method are included. The examples presented in the study may be a useful guide in preparing the work scheduling of nurses, and can provide a balanced distribution of workload.
