Kaos Kuramının Yönetici Hemşireler Açısından Önemi

Özet

Değişen ve gelişmekte olan dünya düzeninde mesleklerin daha uygulanabilir ve soyut düşünme yetisinin mesleki gelişime katkısının önemli olduğu belirtilmektedir. Bu derleme, literatürdeki eksikliği göz önünde bulundurularak, kaos kuramının hemşirelikte bilinmesi ve konuya ilişkin çalışmaların desteklenmesi amacıyla oluşturulmuştur. İnceleme ve araştırma alanı özelleştirilerek, yönetici hemşirelerin bakış açılarına profesyonel bir tutum kazandırmak için oluşturulan bu çalışmada, yönetimdeki klasik kuramların aksine yeni paradigmalar ile şekillenerek oluşan ve değişimlere uyum sağlamada büyük etki yaratma potansiyeline sahip kaos kuramı incelenmiştir. Hemşirelik, insan ilişkileri ve sağlık bilimlerini kapsayan, pek çok alandan beslenen bir meslek olmaktadır. Çalışma alanı, kullanılan teknoloji ve hastalıklar açısından hemşire yöneticilerin uygulama alanlarında kaos kuramından yararlanabileceği belirtilebilir.

Abstract

In the changing and developing world order, the contribution of more practical and abstract thinking skills of professions to professional development should not be denied. This review was created with the aim of creating awareness among nurses about the chaos theory and supporting relevant studies in consideration of the deficiency in the literature. In this study, which was created to attribute a professional attitude to the perspectives of the manager nurses by privatizing the study and research area, chaos theory, which was shaped by new paradigms and has the potential to make a big impact in adapting to the changes, was examined. Nursing is a profession that feeds on human relationships and health sciences. Considering the field of study, the technology and diseases used, it can be stated that the practice areas of nurse managers can be inspired by chaos theory.
