Türkiye'de Bilişim Suçları ve Mücadele Yöntemleri

Özet

Türkiye'nin suç literatüründe yeni karşılaştığımız bilişim suçları yeni olmakla birlikte her geçen gün artan ivmesi ile önemini arttırmaktadır. Biz bu makalede Ankara Emniyet Müdürlüğü Bilişim Suçlan Bürosuna Savcılıklardan intikal eden gerek internet, gerekse kurumlara özgü özel bilgisayar ağları üzerinden islenen suçları kısa özetler halinde anlatmaya çalıştık. İncelenen suç dosyalarında karşılaşılan hukuki sorunlar, ülkemizde bulunan internet servis sağlayıcıları ve Türkiye'nin iletişim alt yapısıyla ilgili yaşanan aksaklıklar, suçların aydınlatılmasında karşılaştığımız internet kafeler, internet sohbetleri ve beraberinde işlenen suçlar anlatılmaya çalışılmış ve bu konuda ileride yapılacak çalışmalara ışık tutması ümidiyle sunulmuştur.

Abstract

Cyber Crime is a new challenge in our country however it has been increasing it is importance day by day. In this study we have worked on issues which we have fronted on the cyber crimes that we try to compete the and methods of this preventions, and the problems headed through these processes as being the Capital City Police of Turkey . In general ISPs (Internet Service Provider), Turkish infrastructure on this technical ground, Internet Cafes, internet chat rooms served over IRC servers that in the center of our attention are being mentioned without technical details and we have tried to find ways to handle this crimes while solving the proceeding come over from the Attorney of Turkish Republic,. We hope this study will be the start of this combat's documentations and serve all the divisions and persons working on Cyber Crime.
