Mustafa Kemal Atatürk Döneminde (1920-1938) Müze ve Eski Eserler Konusunda Yapılan Çalışmalar

Abstract

The studies about museums and relics that were made before the announcement of republic and during the national contestation years show us that Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the new state, gave great value to the subject obviously. In Turkish Republic History the period known as Atatürk Period- from the foundation of new Turkish State to the death of Atatürk had been the development period of the museums and relics. Studies in this area have been the most important and successful facility for Turkish Nation to reach modem civilization standards.
