Özet
Çalışmada, müşterek velayetin hukuken mümkün olabileceği; üvey çocuğun evlât edinilmesinin gerek miras hukuku, gerekse velayetin sonlanmasına dair hususiyetlerinin ortaya konulması; çocuğun korunması bakımından sadece velinin değil, koruyucu ailenin de alabileceği tedbirler; çocuğun teslimi ve çocuğun kişisel ilişki kurma hakkının hangi şekillerde ortaya konulabileceği ifade edilmiştir
Abstract
In this study, the possibility of joint custody; the results of the adoption of step child both in heritage law and the custody; the legal measures that can be taken by the foster family for child protection; delivery of child and the ways of establishing personal relationship with the child is considered
