Özet

Mitral kapak replasmanı sonrası sol ventrikül posteriyor duvarındaki rüptürler kalp cerrahisinin en ölümcül komplikasyonlarından biridir. Bu komplikasyonların cerrahi tedavisinde çeşitli cerrahi yaklaşımlar bildirilmiştir. Bu durumda, rüptür bölgesinin dikişlerle onarımı sonrasında "BioGlue" kullanımı cerrahi yöntemin başarı şansını arttırabilir.

Abstract

Left ventricle posterior wall rupture after mitral valve replacement is one of the most fatal complications of cardiothoracic surgery. Several surgical techniques were suggested for surgical treatment of those complications. Application of "Bio Glue" after the suture repair of posterior wall may increase the success of this surgical approach.
