Gebelik toksemilerinde eksudatif retina dekolmanı

Özet

Gebelik toksemili 47 hasta doğum öncesi ve doğum sonrasında oftal-molojik muayeneye tabi tutuldu. Üç hastada eksüdatif retina dekolma¬nı teşhis edildi. Bunlardan ikisinde dekolmanın spontan gerilemesiyle görme keskinlikleri normale yaklaştı. Bir hastada ilaveten ablasyo plasenta mevcut olup eksüdatif retina dekolmanı totale yakındı. Bu hastanın görme keskinliği her iki gözde parmak sayma seviyesinde ol¬duğundan doğumu takiben sistemik kortikosteroid tedavisine alındı. Fundus floresein anjiografi muayenesi fundusda koroid ve retina pig¬ment epitelinde pigment migrasyonuna bağlı diffiiz beneklenme, mul-tipl pencere defekti, minimal disk ve retina ödemi göstermekteydi.

Abstract

Exudative Retinal Detachment in Toxemia of Pregnancy Forth-seven patients with toxemia of pregnancy were examined before and after termination of gestation. Three patients had exudative retinal detachment. In two patients visual acuity reached to normal levels with spontaneous resorption of the detachment after delivery. One patient had ablatlo placenta and severe exudative re¬tinal detachment. Her visual acuity was finger counting in both eyes and she was treated with systemic steroids after delivery. Fluorescein angiographic examination sho- wed diffuse mottling of the fundus due to pigmentary mi¬gration in choroid and retina, pigment epithelial window defect, minimal disc and retinal edema.
