Özet
Bilateral konjenital aniridili bir hastanın'kontrol edilemeyen glokomu için her iki gözüne filtran cerrahi uygulanmıştır. Operasyon öncesinde kristalin lens subluksasyonu gelişmiştir. Bu komplikasyon sol göz için preoperatif siklopleji ile önlenebilmiştir.
Abstract
Lens Subluxation After Fistulization Surgery in a Case with Anirida Filtering glaucoma surgery was performed on both eyes of bilateral congenital aniridic patient for uncontrolled glaucoma. We encountered lens subluxation during the surgery on the right eye, although lens cristallina were in normal position preoperatively. This complication could be prevented with preoperative cycloplegia for the left eye.
