Özet
Bu çalışmada Hz. Ali’nin birçok konudaki görüşünü ihtiva eden Nehcü’l- Belâğâ isimli eserde, savaşa dair bilgiler İslam savaş hukukunun temel il- keleri bağlamında değerlendirilmektedir. İslam’ın savaş anlayışını özetle- yen bilgilerden sonra Nehcü’l-Belâğâ’daki savaşa ilişkin bilgiler savaş ön- cesi, savaş esnası ve savaş sonrası olmak üzere üç başlık altında İslam sa- vaş hukukunun temel ilkeleri ışığında ifade edilmektedir. Son tahlilde Nehcü’l-Belâğâ’daki konuyla ilgili bilgilerin Kur’an ve Sünnet ile örtüşüp örtüşmediğine temas edilmektedir.
Abstract
In this study, the information about war in Nahj al-Balagha, which contains many views of Hz Ali on many subjects, is considered in the light of basic principles of Islamic law of war. After the brief information of the understanding the war in Islam, the information in the Nahj al- Balagha about war is expressed in the light of basic principles of Islamic law of war, beneath three headlines as before war, during and after war. In the final analysis, it is emphasized that whether the information related to the subject in the Nahj al-Balagha is in harmony with Quran and Sun- nah.
