Özet

Bier lekeleri geçici anemik maküllerdir. Fizyolojik veya patolojik olabilirler. Biz bu makalede önkol ve el sırtlarında asemptomatik anemik makülleri olan bir hasta sunuyoruz. Bir klinisyen Bier lekeleri olan bir hasta geldiğinde trombofili, vaskülopati ve aortik malformasyonlar için gerekli incelemeleri yapmalıdır

Abstract

Bier's spots are transient anemic macules. They may be either physiological or pathological manifestation. Here we present a patient who had multiple asymptomatic anemic macules on the forearms and dorsum of the hands. A clinician should examine for features of thrombophilia, vasculopathy and aortic malformations when a patient presents with Bier's spots
