Özet
Hematolojik malignitelerde allojenik kemik iliği nakli uygulanabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada total vücut ışınlaması (TVI) tekniği ve akut yan etkiler değerlendirilmiştir. Sekiz vaka 6 MV foton ile total 1200 cGy ışınlanmıştır. TVI günde iki fraksiyon, ön ve arkadan, 150 cGy/fraksiyon ile verilmiştir. Bir vaka +5. gün ölmüş, diğer yedi vakada lökosit ve trombosit engraftmanı gözlenmiştir. Total vücut ışınlaması ciddi yan etkiler olmadan verilmiştir.
Abstract
The allogeneic bone marrow transplantation can be done in hématologie malignancies. In this study total body irradiation (TBI) technique and acute side effects had been evaluated. Eight cases had been irradiated total 1200 cGy with 6 MV photone. TBI had been given with daily two fractions, anterior and posterior, 150 cGy/fraction. One case died at +5 th day and the leucocyte and thrombocyte recovery had been seen in the other seven cases. Total body irradiation had been given with out severe side effects
